Do You Deliver the buggies?

Yes we freight Australia wide and have our own flatbed truck for within state deliveries.

How do you ensure we know how to operate the buggy?

All of our units are equipped with QR codes that will direct you straight to the unique operators manual for that particular unit. Also, upon collection of unit our experienced staff will give you a rundown on the unit.

Do you offer Spray tanks?

Yes for a fee we can provide a spray tank in any of our units. We also offer Diesel tanks, medical spinal boards, first aid, cell fi units and much more.

Do you have a minimum hire?

Yes, 24 hrs is the minimum hire. We offer daily and weekly rates.

Do I have to clean the buggy before I return?

Yes, all units must be returned cleaned or expect a cleaning fee charged to your credit card.

Do I have to fuel the buggy before I return?

Yes, all units must be returned full or expect a fee charged to your credit card.

Do you need a licence to operate the unit?

Yes, our terms and conditions stipulate that all hirers must hold a valid drivers licence. There is no specific Buggy / UTV licence required.

What happens if we get a flat tyre whilst hiring?

The unit is 100% your responsibility during hire as per terms and conditions. We offer puncture repair kits during hire and it is expected you will get yourself back up and running.

Can we drive on the road?

Our units are equipped with QLD conditional registration and can be driven on gazetted dirt roads, beaches and national park roads but cannot be driven like a car on sealed roads.

Do you provide training?

Yes, our director holds AHCMOM216 accreditation and for a fee can provide training.

Can you provide operators for the units?

Yes, for a fee we can supply experienced operators.

I accidentally damaged the unit whilst operating, what is the process?

Please notify us immediately, the hirer is responsible for all damages to the unit, cleaning and fuelling. We pride ourselves on being reasonable in situations like this, but you must expect a fee for damages.

Can we collect the unit?

Yes you can collect from any of our depots and if you do not have a trailer we offer trailer hire as well.

Do I need to wear a helmet whilst operating?

No it is not a legal requirement to wear a helmet whilst driving, however it is highly recommended and we can provide ATV specific helmets for a fee.

Do you offer long term hire?

Yes, for hires over 6 months we consider this long term and can organise a maintenance schedule to assist.

Why do I need to complete a credit application?

We charge our customers once they return the unit for daily hires, or charge weekly for weekly or long term hire. This means we are extending a line of credit for the use of our machine and we must ensure we will receive funds for doing so.

What happens if I have a problem with the machine?

Immediately call 0411 308 336 or 0409 780 305. We take any breakdowns very seriously. Most times we can diagnose over the phone and get you going, but for those odd times we cannot, we will engage a local service provider for wherever you are in the country.
